About the course

Kinesio Taping course is the most powerful course to treat muscles and athletes’ injuries, an official therapy in all the medical institutions and human maintenance organizations (HMOs). You must have wondered one day about the secret of these colorful tapes on the bodies of some athletes. This technique is considered one of the modern methods discovered in the seventies of the last century by the chiropractor Dr. Kenzo Kase, it is widely used in sports medicine to treat pain, bruises, and injuries of athletes. It can also be used as a method to prevent injuries from over-extension of limbs and to increase the dynamic force, and it is used to prevent bulges resulting from injuries.

It is a tape consisting of cotton and nylon with an adhesive called acrylic, this adhesive tape is characterized by its high ability to stretch so that it can stretch up to 140% of its resting length, which will generate a great strength that helps it shrink and reduce excessive movement and stretching. Its texture is similar to that of the skin and can be worn for several days.

It helps to heal muscularly and reduce the pain and bulges in the joints by preventing excessive stretching and then when the adhesive tape is pulled, the skin is pulled underneath, creating more space between the skin and the muscles or tissue below it, which leads to the free flow of blood and lymphatic circulation that has been compressed due to the bulges of inflammations thus reducing the pressure and moving blood circulation, which speeds up the healing process, in addition to reducing the pressure on the nerves in that area, which causes to stimulate nerves and feeling pain, and sensory nerves move, causing their signals to overwhelm the signals of pain nerves in the brain and thus feel them more than the pain nerves.
